Payment Policy:

  • Only PayPal is accepted and we will only ship to your verified PayPal address.
  • Please pay within 5 days of purchasing of item. If you cannot make the payment within that period, please email us and let us know.

Shipping Policy:  

  • PayPal Confirmed Addresses Only.
  • Items will be shipped within two Business day of receiving full payment
  • We only ship out orders Monday - Friday (all orders placed after 3:00pm PST Friday - Sunday, will be shipped out the following Monday.)
  • Tracking Number will be provided to all US address.
  • Since we are located in remote rural area Express Service (next day) is not available.
  • Tracking is not available to USPS oversea shipments.  USPS will only give confirmation of shipment, not the tracking information once it leaves US.

Returns Policy:

  • You may return items within 14 business days of confirmed delivery. 
  • Shipping cost for returns is paid by the buyer.  
  • Items must be post marked no later than 14 business days of delivery date for a FULL REFUND of item.
  • Shipping Charges will not be refunded.
  • Please contact us ASAP to get return information and RMA number.  We will not accept returns without RMA number.

We are open Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm, and closed on national holidays.  We will not be able to answer any questions during non working hours.

Shipping cost for multiple quantities of same item is already calculated in shipping cost calculator. Put the quantity and you should be able to see the combined shipping amount.
If you are purchasing different items: Please make your purchases, do not pay but request for the total with combined shipping discount.  We will send you an invoice with a combined shipping discount.
