This particular LNB is the MK4 OCTO LNB; this means it has Eight outputs making it compatible with Sky+HD / Freesat + Hotbird satellite receivers which require two feeds each from the LNB. You could have 8 standard boxes, 4 +/HD or a combination... 4 standard and 2 +HD for example.
The Octo LNB we supply is the latest available. It is the same Octo LNB engineers use when they do a new installation or come out to do a service call resulting in the LNB being changed.

The Technical Bit:
Remove existing MK4 LNB bracket as follows:
Use pliers to hold the pin legs together and push it up and out. Use two small flat-blades (screwdrivers or similar), one each side, to push the sides wide and unhook the two tabs. You can then push the LNB bracket up from the back and remove it.
