Please note: 4-Pin DIN plugs have different pin polarity configurations, they are not all compatible, although they are physically looking same. You have to make sure the pin polarity configuration of this convertor is correct for your application.

Return Policy:

  • A refund can be offered if the item stop working within 12 months from dispatching date, provided  the body is in the original condition.

  • Return request for any damage due to user's careless handling would not be accepted. We only accept return request for manufacturing defect with 12 months from item dispatching date.

  • If buyer purchased this item in error, item can be returned in 14 days from the shipping date. A partial refund, which is £3 less than the sales price, can be offered if the item is returned in its original condition. We would not refund the postage that buyer paid additional to the sales price.

  • In any case, it will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay the cost of returning delivery.  We will pay the cost of sending the replacement to the buyer.
