This is for any amount of fabric up to 4 yards.  It is priced per yard.  Buy only as much as you need from 1 to 4 yards.  It is in 1 piece, we will cut it smaller if you want less.   

Heavy weight fabric Suitable for upholstery or drapery or top treatments.

  It is reversible,

 It is a jacquard weave, not a print.  It has a great classic traditional pattern.   Very high end fabric.

PRICE is $12.00  per yard.  Original retail price was $58. per yard.

COLOR is  a natural light tan tone on tone  color with darker flecks. 

It is soil, stain & water repellent
