Otherwise, the service offered by Auctane, an eBay partner, will be used. In this case, the buyer expressly waives the right to directly request a refund from eBay, the site operator, or the seller. In the event of a delayed, failed, or damaged delivery, the buyer undertakes to contact the shipping company or brokerage firm responsible for delivery directly. The seller releases the seller from all obligations from the moment the item is handed over to the courier and the tracking number is provided to the buyer. The seller undertakes to notify the shipping company or brokerage firm responsible for delivery of the waiver of any refund in favor of the buyer, for whom the company will be jointly liable.
