This sale is for two sachets of Fermentis Safale S-04  Beer yeast. Each sachet contains 11.5g of this superb brewers yeast which is sufficient for making 5 gallons of beer. I have only recently started stocking this yeast but following many requests from beer brewers telling me how good it was for bitters and ales that I have decieded to stock it.  Several of my customers buy this yeast to add to their beer kits instead of the one supplied as they say it gives a better fermentation.
