BUYERS LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES:

Payment Methods: We accept PayPal, Visa and Mastercard. Please note that all payments must be received within 10 days of purchase. If you choose not to use Paypal, you may call us with your credit card information and we will run it manually. Please note that we ONLY ship to the Paypal account address (if paying with Paypal) or to the credit card billing address (if paying by credit card).

Shipping Terms: During checking out, you will be given the option of using UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Your shipping costs will vary based on which shipping method you pick.
If you wish to make alternative arrangements for shipping (such as Next Day Air, Second Day, etc), they must be approved by us through email prior to bidding. After purchasing the item(s), you, the buyer, must communicate by e-mail approved changes of the shipping method so that the appropriate changes can be made in our software. Please do not call us to arrange alternative shipping terms. Verbal communication will not be honored; we accept e-mail communication only. If choosing shipping via UPS you MUST have a physical street address (UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box). If you pay via Paypal we ONLY ship to the address you provided to Paypal. If you pay via credit card we ONLY ship to the credit card billing address.
Orders are processed and shipped within one to three business days after receipt of a 'cleared' payment.

Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email from the carrier with your tracking information. Please do not contact us asking if something has shipped until at least 5 business days after payment clears (if Paypal still shows the payment as pending then the order is not 'cleared', the payment has not 'cleared' and we cannot ship the item out until payment has 'cleared'). Combined Shipping: We do not automatically combine shipping. For all shipments, we combine shipments manually. Please note that some items can not be combine-shipped for obvious reasons, such as physical limitations (fragile and heavy items, items of very different sizes), but we will try to combine as much as possible. Please follow the instructions below in order to receive combined shipping:

If you bid on multiple items, do not 'Checkout' or pay for any item until ALL the auctions you have won have ended, you have e-mailed us, and we have sent you an updated, combined invoice. If you have items ending on different days email us so that we know you are still waiting to purchase more items. We will not assume that once you have purchased two or more items that you are done buying, since many of our customers purchase multiple items, so we will wait to invoice you until after you have e-mailed us that you are done buying. Our Guarantee: After receiving this item, you have 14 days to inspect it. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with the product, you are entitled to return it as outlined in our policy below:

(1) Our customer service is included with your package (on the sheet included with your invoice), you will have to email that address within 14 days of receiving the item. We cannot post the address here because of Ebay's rules.
(2) The item is to be received back in the same condition as when we shipped it. Please look at the pictures in the ad to compare to the item you receive. If your item is in different condition than pictured, please contact Customer Service via e-mail because it is most likely an insurance claim to settle with the shipping carrier. Please retain your original shipping material, including the box in which the item arrived. If it has sustained shipping damage, a carrier claim needs to be filed; contact Customer Service via e-mail in order to process the claim.
(3) If the item arrives as described in the ad, with no damage from shipping, a $10 restock fee that covers processing and eBay fees will be deducted from your refund.
(4) You will be responsible for all shipping costs both ways. You will also be responsible for insuring the package when you send it back to us to ensure that we safely receive it. We do not refund your shipping/insurance costs.
(5) If your item arrives and is MATERIALLY DIFFERENT than the description in the ad, please contact Customer Service to receive a full refund on the item and on shipping charges.
