Condition: Previously owned and used. Soft cover, front and back shows the most wear... with random spots and fading as shown. Inside pages generally look very good... however there are a few notations in ink/pencil to a very few recipes, 2 added recipes & the back page has a taped in recipe clipping (I show this in the close-up photos).
No mildew and from a non-smoking household.
