I CANNOT DELIVER FOR THE ADVERTISED FREE TO SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, NORTHERN IRELAND, IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN, ISLE OF WIGHT, CHANNEL ISLES, OR ANY OFF SHORE ADDRESS. We use registered couriers to deliver all our items because we can track & trace every consignment. We do not use Royal Mail even if they are slightly cheaper because they are useless and lose 10% of anything we post!

That means if you order at 2.00pm on a Monday, it's not likely to get packed until Tuesday, possibly even Wednesday which means delivery could be Thursday. On the the other hand if we are not so busy it will leave the same day. We are a busy company and respect & appreciate all our orders and customers. Please be patient. Please allow us up to a week to deliver your item. If after this time its not turned up then by all means scream, shout, email, ring us! We are here to help. Chances are that the item left and there was a delivery issue, problem with your address or you were not at the delivey address on the day it arrived! Don't panic! We will sort it.

One word of advice! Don't get the item delivered to a home address if you are out at work all day! Its a big parcel and will not fit through your letter box! It needs signing for on delivery. Redelivery charges will apply for failing to be at the location on the day of delivery so please be sensible when choosing your delivery address. If possible add a note in the payment section requesting a specific day and we will see if we can do it.
