These high quality essences are produced by the Still Spirits Company of New Zealand and each bottle will make 2.25 litres or 3 x 75cl bottles when added to vodka or a neutral distilled spirit. You can use commercial vodka (a plain no-taste vodka is best) or by using a still from my range from Still Spirits with which you can produce your own 40% abv vodka at home for around £1.50 a bottle which of course allows you to make your spirits for less than £3.50 per bottle. There is a complete range of these essences so whatever your tastes you can fill your drinks cabinet very cheaply.
