2008 Health Mini Sheet overprinted by organisers of Tarapex 2008 (National Stamp Exhibition) to raise funds to stage the exhibition. L.E. of 1000 produced. M/S features cycling. Dated 23/9/2008. L.E. of 1000 M/S's produced, 300 of which have been used on the FDC. Fine condition.
