Single Canister System - Complete system includes 1" inlet/outlet filter housing with pressure relief valve, mounting bracket, filter, and filter housing wrench.

Removes a Wide Range of Contaminants - The filter used in this system is capable of removing a wide range of contaminants including chlorine, pesticides, herbicides, organics, MTBE, and THM. It also removes most other chemicals, tastes and odors, and is an excellent system for general filtration.

1" Inlet/Outlet - The larger 1" NPT connections on the "Big Blue" system offers less flow restriction than the ¾" connections used on standard filter housings.

Pressure Relief Valve - The filter housing has a built in pressure relief valve, making housing removal easier and reducing water spray.

High Flow "Big Blue" Filters - Larger 4.5" diameter filter provides more surface area and fewer flow restrictions than standard sized filters, allowing for higher service flow rates.

Carbon Filter - The carbon / KDF 85 filters removes a wide range of chemicals, tastes, and odors, leaving your water cleaner and better tasting. The KDF 85 also prevents bacteria growth, and removes heavy metals, excellent in removing sulfur and iron.

Filter Housing Wrench - The filter housing wrench assists in removing the filter housings when changing the filters.

DIY Installation - We provide detailed installation instructions that allow most homeowners to install this system themselves. All it takes is some basic plumbing skills and some common knowledge! If you don't feel confident installing it yourself most plumbers can install it in about 1-2 hours.
