Enniscorthy Prison Jail Shackles Ireland Eire Irish FROM AN UNKNOWN YEAR, SO PLEASE CHECK THE PHOTO CAREFULLY. THERE ARE SIGNS OF NOTICIBLE WEAR. "I THINK" this went around an inmate's waist. The top chain is about 16" long and the one with the "o" ring is about 17" long. There is a 4"/3 link chain to accomodate a largwer prisoner.  The "194" metal tag is 3 3/8" long. THIS WAS AN ESTATE SALE, SO I HAVE NO IDEA what this really is for.
