Scott #17 XF vertical pair of the 12-cent Black Washington imperf from the 1st large series of stamps issued by the post office in 1851-57. Neat CDS cancel. This pair is fault free and extremely fresh. No Problems. Rare multiple with nice margins all around and big margins on right with part of adjoining stamps. Scott catalog value is:$700.00.
