This is a new without tags womens rayon Las Manos brand dress. It is a gorgeous multi-colored tye dye with various baktik designs on it. It is a size M and is made of 100% rayon. It slips on over the head and has, slit pockets on each side that don't show. If you did'nt know they were there, you would'nt know they were there. The actual measurements are: across the shoulders 17", across the waist 18", and length from top of back to hem 46 1/2", this dress is full length.
