SHIPPING
Requests to combine multiple orders in one package can be made at checkout if items fit safely in one box. Use the "request invoice" option and pay once an invoice is received. You have 3 days to complete the purchase before a non-payment case is opened. ROAR Collectibles ship either the same or next business day, depending on the time the order is finalized. Notifications are sent if unexpected delays due to weather, shipping, etc. occur. We use USPS to ship the majority of our items. Larger items may be shipped via USPS Parcel Post, UPS, or FedEx, and it may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive. Fragile items are wrapped securely and may be double-boxed. High-value or extremely rare items require a buyer's or adult’s signature at delivery to confirm receipt. Please use extra care when unwrapping your order.

RETURNS
At this time, all sales are final. Most items are fragile, besides being vintage, antique, or rare. Therefore, we can not accept returns. Items can be damaged or lost on the return. Postage fees are not refunded by USPS. If human error was made such as description is incorrect or if unintentionally a major flaw that wasn't clearly and obviously shown in the photos was not depicted, then a return request will be accepted provided items are sent back in the same condition we sent them in. Requests must be made as soon as possible or within three days of delivery date. No exceptions.
If the delivered item was damaged in shipping, notify us at ROAR Collectibles at once. Please send 5 clear, close-up photos to show item damage. Include photos of the shipping label and box. We will file a USPS insurance claim for you to settle it and to process your refund. Please keep the damaged item in the original box until USPS processes the claim. We will advise when you can dispose of the broken item. This is vital since USPS may request to inspect the broken item. If they do, we will ask you to bring the item in the original box with the entire packing contents to your post office.
