Original TY Beanie Baby Nanook the Wolf from 1996 with Tag Errors. New and Rare. Some damage to inner tag. 


I was visiting my childhood home recently and found an entire drawer in my bedroom filled with Ty Beanie Babies. They have been there since I purchased them in 1997-2000. They are in immaculate condition (this one unfortunately has some minor damage to the inner tag. Please see photos for details.) They have been stored, untouched, in a smoke free home for the last 19 years.

Nanook the Wolf has desired tag errors and is in like new condition with some minimal damage to the inner tag. The price reflects the unfortunate tag issue. 

Errors include:
Swing tag error with a space between the word "mush" and ! ("mush" !).
Swing Tag error with Oakbrook written as one word. Should be two. 
Swing Tag error with "Fareham, Hants", often considered a sign of a rare, early production.  VERY RARE

On the Tush Tag - Oakbrook is written as one word. Should be two. 
On the Tush Tag - red star ad copyright next to Ty heart
On the Tush Tag - there is a period after IL. There should not be one. 
On The Tush Tag - Contains "P.E. pellets".

  • Also on the Tush Tag: No Red Stamp inside indicating it was not mass produced and 1965 (KR) which indicated limited production to Korean Markets.   Also, both Tush Tag and Swing Tag have "Handmade in China", which apparently is an error (though I hadn't heard that before.)
