New other (NR) - A new, unused item with absolutely no signs of wear. The item may be missing its original packaging, or the original packaging has been opened or is no longer sealed. On these items, we have only opened the products to check and confirm the contents. The item may be a factory second or a new and unused item with minor defects.

Used (U) - An item that has been previously used. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear but is fully operational and functions as intended. This item may be a floor model or an item that has been returned to the seller after a period of use. With many of our goods being pre-owned they can be missing additional accessories or pieces.

For parts not working (PNW) - An item that does not function as intended or is not fully operational. This includes items that are defective in ways that render them difficult to use, items that require service or repair, or items missing essential components.

All items are fully tested and completely reset with all accounts removed. We aim to show and describe all major marks, scuffs & dents with our listing. Images provided within the listing are those of the item for sale. Unless stated otherwise products will come with a generic USB charging cable where required. The original box/packaging may not always be available however, your order will be securely packaged for transit.

Returns

We have a 30-day no-quibble return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Meaning unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please use eBay's managed returns process. As long as you are within the above dates and have the item as originally described you will automatically be accepted for a return. If your return is accepted, you’ll be given access to a pre-paid returns shipping label. As well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not cover returns postage for such cases as "Ordered by mistake" or "Changed my mind".

Shipping

The majority of items available here on our eBay store are available for delivery. Some larger or more fragile items may only be available for store collection. This will be detailed in the item's description.

*We aim to dispatch all orders by 4pm* daily (Mon-Fri). However, Saturday, Sunday, and Bank holiday orders will be dispatched on the very next available working day. We work with two main couriers (Royal Mail & DPD) and will dispatch your purchases using the most efficient service for the product. Buyer notice: *DPD orders we can only dispatch up until 2pm, on weekdays, unfortunately, due to our collection times we can not offer any later. As per above, you will be notified and your purchase will be dispatched on the next available working day.

The majority of orders will be sent via standard Royal Mail 48 delivery, which has a lead time of 3-5 working days. Please bear this in mind before contacting us concerning "receipt of purchase". You can always choose to upgrade the delivery service at checkout. Our current shipping rates can be seen when completing your purchase at the checkout.

Click & Collect Orders: As a company, we reserve the right to cancel an order should we either be notified by eBay or have valid reasons to believe a transaction to be fraudulent. In addition for 'Buyer/Seller Protection' requirements we do not send high-value goods via Click & Collect, these orders placed will be cancelled and fully refunded. As always we will notify the buyer of any such action that has been taken within 24 hours of purchase.

International buyers: We use eBay's GSP (Global shipping program), as such we have no control over how your item is sent and the cost which is applied. Full information for these purchases is provided in the postal tab.
