Beswick Porcelain "Tigress" Figurine Gloss Model No.1486 

Made 1957-1975 and Designed by Colin Melbourne she is a well 

proportioned model in a great stance beautifully hand crafted 

and hand painted with beautiful markings and colouring great 

attention to detail and a very expressive face that make her look 

so real she is in beautiful condition for her age as you can see 

in the photos some fine age related crazing that all these early 

models have but overall she is a beautiful example stamped to her 

underbelly with the Beswick England First Quality Backstamp a 

rare sought after and very collectable Beswick Early Gloss Model 

No.1486 Porcelain Tigress Figurine that is rare to find in this 

beautiful condition and is rarely available for sale.
