Lost or Damaged Packages

Shipping Address

We can only ship to the address registered on eBay. If you need to ship to a different address, please update your eBay address before placing the order. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Incomplete Address

If your address is missing details (such as building name, room number, phone number), the package may be undeliverable and returned. If returned, additional shipping fees may be required for resending.

Remote Area Surcharge

If your delivery location is classified as a remote area by the carrier, an additional fee may be requested via PayPal.

Customs Duties & Taxes

For U.S. customers: We ship using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are already included in the item price, so no additional charges will be required upon delivery.

For customers outside the U.S.: Import duties and taxes are not included and may be charged by your local customs office.

Customs Declaration

Refused / Unclaimed Packages

If your package is refused or left unclaimed for a long time and is returned to us, reshipment will require additional postage.

Order Cancellation

If your order has already been processed or packed, cancellation may not be possible. In some cases, a 10 USD packing/handling fee may apply for cancellations after preparation has started.
