 If an item is defective, please contact us immediately to find a solution. Claims for lost or damaged items in shipping must be filed with the shipping provider (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) and notify us and eBay within 2 days of receipt. 

We will not accept any returns after 5 days. We will only ship to confirmed addresses on file with eBay. We may require a signature for delivery of items to large greater metropolitan areas (New York City, etc.).

***We refund you for combined shipping within a few days after the items have been delivered based on the actual shipping cost which we will indicate. However, eBay does not recognize refunds less than one dollar so lighter smaller items often will be less than $1.00 in which case there is no refund available.
