Up for bid is a starter plant of the beautiful Salvia confertiflora. These plants produce nice velvet green leaves, and spikes of beautiful orange red flowers.  Typically these plants can reach heights of around 2 to 4 feet tall outdoors in the garden, and they spread slowly to make a nice clump.  They are typically hardy to USDA zone 8, but are very worthy of trying in slightly colder climates, especially in protected spots.  These plants will make a great statement in your garden, and they also make great container plants.
