Playback on Side A has been confirmed with clear sound output. Fast Forward and Rewind functions have been checked. The internal drive belt has been replaced with a new one. The belt path has been cleaned and lightly polished. The head has also been cleaned and demagnetized.
The WM-EX677 was released in 1999 and shares its design with the EX670 / EX674 series.
This model is known for its long battery life, offering up to approximately 50 hours of playback.

Playback on Side A works normally. However, the unit often stops when switching to reverse playback from Side A, and the auto reverse function is unstable and may not operate consistently.
