Any scratches, dust or blemishes seen on card face are on the HARD CARD COVER ITSELF! NOT on the physical card; as seen in the photo of it out of the cover and just in the penny sleeve. This card is in surprisingly great condition given the age. I definitely recommend getting it graded if you decide to purchase. Card will be left in hard card cover and penny sleeve shown, as well as extra protective packaging when shipped at no extra cost.
