• Remote Area Surcharge:  An additional shipping fee of $25 will apply to shipments to remote areas.
• Alternative Shipping Option: If you'd like to avoid the extra shipping surcharge, we offer China Post shipping, which generally takes approximately 30 days.
• Processing Time: Orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Chinese holidays).
• Customs Fees/Import Taxes: Please note that some destinations may impose customs fees or import taxes. We kindly ask that you only place an order if you're willing to cover any such additional costs.

Warranty & Returns Policy:

• Returns: We accept returns for products that are in brand-new condition. If the return is not due to a quality issue, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
