Collection Items
Please check the postage section of the listing to confirm whether the item is collection only. Large items such as monitors, televisions and screens are generally collection only to avoid damage in transit.
If original packaging is available and the item can be safely shipped, a postage option will appear within the listing.
We require 24 hours notice for collections so the item can be prepared.
Items should be collected within 5 working days, unless agreed beforehand.
Items not collected within this time may incur a £3 per item per day storage charge.
If you arrange your own third-party courier, the item becomes your responsibility once collected. Courier costs are non-refundable.
Postage & Dispatch
Where postage is offered, items will be shipped via Royal Mail or courier services.
Dispatch normally takes place Tuesday to Thursday.

Returns
