30 DAY Warranty


All Engines/Gearboxes/Transmissions are warrantied for a period of 30 days from the purchase date.


This warranty does not cover installation labour or any other expenses that may result from a defective product.


All our engines/gearboxes must be fitted by a properly qualified technician and be correctly serviced with new timing belts or chains, oil, oil filters and spark plugs. Failure to do so will invalidate warranty and no refund or replacement will be issued.


Engines are sold as bare and will not include starter, alternator, gearbox, turbo, injectors etc. Any ancillary parts that are supplied have not been tested and are free of charge. These parts are not covered by any warranty.


All Engines/gearboxes will be supplied free of oil or coolant. Any attempt to start an engine without correct fluids will render warranty invalid.


Please make sure that the part you ordered fits before cutting, painting, altering or final installation.


Any items that are altered or customised are not refundable or returnable.


Please inspect the parts immediately after receiving your order.


The warranty does not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, installation, alteration, or modifications.


The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, and consequential or subsequent damages.


If we cannot supply a replacement, a full refund for the cost of the part and original shipping paid will be issued not including any labour or any other charges occured to you.



Terms of Sale 


All items are checked and tested where possible before they are dispatched to you. But please remember these are used parts unless otherwise stated so they may have some scuffs or marks so please look at pictures and description clearly before purchasing your item.

Please note that vehicle compatibility list is form information purpose only, this does not guarantee the fitment to your vehicle and it may also fit other vehicles not listed. So to be certain the part will fit your vehicle please contact us before you order if unsure and we will be happy to help.

Please check the compatibility of your part we are not responsible for this we can only offer guidance and are not responsible for you ordering the incorrect parts.



Returns

Before you leave negative feedback please contact us first so we can try and resolve this matter with you. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and are always happy to try and help where we can. 

In the unlikely event you do receive a genuinely faulty part we will of course replace the part if in stock or if you would prefer give you a full refund the choice is yours, please note that we must be informed of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item and they must be returned within 10 working days. The item must be returned in their original packaging. It will be the customers responsibility to pay for return shipping and if the item is found to be faulty upon return to us the postage costs will then be refunded to the buyer.



Payments


All items must be paid for within 48 hours of the auction ending. If payment is not made and we have you have not contacted us within 48 hours to arrange payment the purchase will be canceled and reported to eBay and you will not be able to purchase from our shop in the future. 



Shipping Information


We aim to despatch all items same day if ordered before 2PM. Orders after this time will be shipped the following working day. Please be advised this is not always possible and shipping times may be delayed but we will always keep you updated where we can. 

All items that are returned to us as undeliverable will incur additional postage costs to ship again so please check delivery address is correct and someone will be there to receive the parcel.

Collection can also be arranged if we are contacted prior. Please DO NOT collect if not arranged with us prior as collection will be refused.
