Most orders ship via USPS, however depending on weight and destination, we may use UPS. For orders with the promotional free shipping, the carrier will depend on weight and destination of the order.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the customer\'s receipt of order based on shipping Delivery Confirmation. If you would like to return an item for a refund, please submit a request through ebay\'s No Hassle Returns within the 30 day return period. All return items must be unused and in the original manufacturer packaging in which they were received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Briarwood Lane reserves the right to inspect any claims of damaged/defective goods prior to replacement, exchange or refund. Manufacturer warranty or guarantee shall apply to all products. Merchandise determined to be defective is limited to and will be replaced with a like or similar item if within the return period. Wind or adverse weather damage is not a product defect. Items received outside of the return period or not in manufacturer packaging are subject to 20% re-stocking fee.
