Still cleaning out areas of no longer used products that have a use.
There are five (5) various types of different sneak-current protectors from Ditek.
Ditek is the company that in the early days made it so we didn't all have to show up when storms were forecast.
They clamp lightening surges to ground.
They include two (2) of the MRJ 45 SCPX 14-volt devices with RJ-45 connection and a ground.
One (1) MRJ45SCP OPX where SCP stands for sneak current protection and OPX for Off Premise devices.
A DTK-VSP BNC connector for video protection, and a DTK-RJ-14 SCP-RUV protector for 130 volts.
These are mostly modular connected protectors that are unused but have ridden in the truck so that the packaging is rough, but sealed.
The Ditek products out of Florida have been equipment lifesavers over the years.
As you can see, these have been in my truck for many years but are new.
We're not doing anymore new properties and since I've never had one of these fail to clamp surges or sneak currents, I don't need to keep them for service issues.
