Please review pictures carefully to see all details. The plastic covering has a crack on the side, as well as some scratches and scuffs. The white part of the sign has some yellowing from age. The cord is very rough. This was in a garage for many years. Would advise putting in a new light fixture/ cord if you plan on using it.
