Genuine Agilent InfiniiMax II probe‑system interface assembly, part number 01169‑66501.  

Internal subassembly used between the 1168A/1169A probe amplifier and the detachable probe heads (browser, differential, solder‑in).

Includes the high‑speed micro‑coax latch and 9‑pin spring‑loaded pogo array used for probe‑head ID, temperature sense, and offset control.

This assembly was never sold separately; it originated from an Agilent factory engineering/service kit. Suitable for repair, restoration, or parts harvesting for InfiniiMax II probe systems.

This probe, as well as other test equipment sold here was previously the property of the R&D labs at Agilent in Loveland Colorado.
