Offering this antique wood splint gathering berry basket. Measures 9.5 x 6" T (10" to handle). This piece has a nice thick splint and detailed weaving with a dark patina and a light cover stain like surface. In good condition. The bail handle is unique and wired. It is as found and appears came out of original holes in the side and previous owner wired them on the inside. Doesn't move and stands upright. Has early nail on the bottom as seen. Great basket and looks even better in person. Expect minor imperfection consistent with age and use. Thanks for looking
