Terms of Sale: The photos are of the actual coin you will receive. The coin is guaranteed genuine. Please use your own judgment on the quality of the coin based on the picture provided. The picture was taken with an iPhone and has not been modified except for the following: (1) the eBay automatic lighting adjustment was applied to remove some shadowing and (2) the background was removed by the eBay app. The picture was taken in a light box in an effort to provide a clear, crisp and clean photograph of the coin. However, unlike some sellers, professional photographing equipment was not used. Hammered and Ancient coins are not mint proof sets, they have imperfections. It is your sole responsibility to review all the photographs provided and form your own judgment prior to placing a bid and/or an order. Please ask any questions you may have prior to making a bid or an offer.  

Returns: We do not accept returns under any circumstances. We us to and we punished by eBay for canceling too many orders, even though we were doing so to accommodate the customer. Ebay did not care. EBay restricted our account temporarily even after acknowledging that the cancellations and returns were performed to accommodate the customer. In response, we are no longer accepting returns or cancellations for any reason whatsoever with one exception, which is in the unlikely case that the postal service did not properly scan the package and we cannot provide proof of shipment. If that is not acceptable to you then please contact eBay and ask them to change their policies. 

All of our packages are insured. If a coin is lost or damaged in transit an insurance claim will be made for your benefit. The item is deemed to be delivered when it is deposited with the post office and the postal provider assigns a tracking number. It is within our sole discretion to require a signature as a condition precedent for delivery or, alternatively, to waive signature requirements.

Non-USA Customers: Please note that you are buying this item from an individual within the United States, the transaction is taking place in the United States and there is no cooling off period. You are solely responsible for any and all importation costs and expenses, including tariffs.
