This lot includes all the furniture, accessories, and figures as pictured. We've even included a baby crib rocker, and baby bottle (not pictured on the box).   We're also including three vintage Calico Critters: Mom, dad, and a child. 

The house itself is in great shape with the exception of two broken pieces:  1. kitchen window, has broken "tabs" and so won't attach to the house (broken window is included).  2. one of the support-brace that prop the roof skylights in the "open" position is broken. The broken piece is included, and it might be glue-able however house looks great as is.  The skylight opens just a little less than the other - (see photo).
