 This unit powers up, but will need a new power supply. Battery. The battery is broken. So it only works when plugged into power. Does not come with power supply. 

 

  The windows system works, but its locked. And will need to be reinstalled , or if someone can get into bios and reset it.

    The computer wants to work. Just needs new battery and power supply.
