Surface Laptop 3 13.5" model 1868 (i7-1065G7, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD) W11P

This unit goes right on.. It wants to go into setup. I am not sure if it has a password set or not? I dont think so 

      There is a crack in the screen, that goes across the entire screen. But is very faint and hard to see. 

   the touch screen still works fine. and the image is clear and crisp

   It does not come with a charge cable. It seems to hold a charge perfectly.
