Important notice before bidding! I currently ship USPS, and in 22 years of selling I have never had so many issues with lost and damaged a number of items as I have this year, to which I have no control. All items are securely packaged for shipping, but they do not exercise any care in handling parcels anymore.  If you would like additional insurance added to your item, please indicate that before making payment, and I can add that to your invoice.  If you are purchasing a single slide or multiple slides, I can ship them in a mailer, but currently it costs about $8. I will continue to ship larger quantity auctions in padded mailers, but I can make adjustments if you want to make sure they don't lose your item.  I'm seeking out the most inexpensive way to add tracking, but they keep increasing their rates and provide less service, so it's a challenging task.

I am not going to accept returns ore refunds on damaged items, since the item(s) come with insurance you will need to open a claim with the Post Office. The process is fairly simple and can be done on line, Be sure to keep all contents, packaging and take photos upon receipt. Proof will be needed to make your claim (I am speaking from experience). Maybe if they have enough claims they will start to address some of their issues.

Please note, I try and note all defects when scanning slides before they are listed in the auction. I do from time to time miss one, so please ask questions before bidding.

AUCTION TERMS AND SHIPPING
  • Standard Ebay auction terms and policies apply to all auctions.
  • Payment must be received within 25 days. After 30 days, Ebay will no longer allow payment and considers the item an unpaid auction. Between days 25-30, I will cancel the transaction and relist the item.
  • Shipping rates are listed for US customers, but I do ship outside of the USA for slides only. I will gladly combine several auction wins onto a single invoice, but please wait for me to send an invoice before remitting payment. When possible I will be using multiple first class envelopes to avoids delays in customs.
  • If you receive the wrong item, or receive an item that is damaged, please contact me though the Ebay message board before opening a dispute with Ebay. I always work to resolve any issues with the items I am selling immediately.
  • I am not a retail store, I work a full time job in addition to selling on Ebay. Please do not assume I send out items the next day after receiving a payment, if you have a deadline to receive the item, please contact me through the message board and I will work to honor your request.
  • I leave feedback for every auction, both as a buyer and seller, and I appreciate the same in return.
