-One corner edge  has a crack in plastic, but it's not in a structural area that will cause issues with placement

- Light Bulbs are included, but I can't guarantee they will work

- No cracks on the glass, which is rare for a headlight this old. However, there's some small scratching as shown in the pictures. 

- The wiring harness attached is cut & shouldn't be used, but I'm including it in case you have a need for it
