Washer (Samsung WA40A3005AW/A4): Powers on and operates, but the drum is loose/shaky and may need suspension or internal repair.

Dryer (Kenmore Elite): Powers on and runs. The only known issue is that it does not heat as quickly as it should. Likely a heating element or thermostat issue.

Both units are being sold as-is with no guarantees. Great for repair, resale, or parting out.
