What you want to know about shipping:
- We only ship to within the USA & through eBay International Shipping Hubs (except Canada).
- Items will only be shipped to the address listed on your eBay account.
- If you buy and pay for multiple items at the same time they will ship together.
- We do not reduce shipping costs for multiple items purchased.
- Buyer pays shipping and we will ship within two business days after payment is received.

DO NOT SELECT GROUND ADVANTAGE SHIPPING - Ground advantage MEANS the item will be shipped via ground transportation. If you are outside the continental US your item will be DELAYED as it will ship via Boat instead of Air Transportation.
REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE the EXTREME Temperatures that come with international shipments occassionally results in the glue of the rear panel coming loose. Simply press back in place and secure upon arrival. - Note: we typically ship Monday-Saturday at 10AM Central Time - all orders paid at that time get shipped, so same-day shipping is likely with fast payment..
What you want to know about cancellations:
- Open a cancellation request via your eBay order history if you need a cancellation
- We will not manually cancel your order.
- Orders automatically cancel 96 hours after winning if payment is not made.
What you want to know about returns:
- Original Shipping will not be refunded
- Please reach out prior to starting a return to troubleshoot any issue.
- Returns not valid on devices sold "FOR PARTS ONLY" These are sold as-is and plainly stated as such.
- Using incorrect return codes is costly - please reach out prior to starting a return - if improper codes used there will be deductions from return.
