This lamp is one of a kind! It is large, measuring 33" from base to top of harp, 21" from bast to top of burl, base (slab of wood) is 2" thick itself. At widest (base), lamp is just under 18" wide. The top piece and shade are missing. The harp is rusty and bent. Condition of the burl/lamp are as follows:Some cracking of both the base and in areas of the burl. It looks rustic and awesome, not broken or bad. The lamp is super old but I held my breath and plugged it in. It works! Plug is corroded but not beyond hope. Plastic on cord cover is brittle. There are no markings on the wood portions leading me to believe some fine craftsman made this item from a raw edge piece of wood and a beautiful, richly marked burl.
It's awfully heavy as it's a solid hunk of wood, most likely cypress, and will look amazing anywhere, especially a cabin or place where rustic decor is wanted. It is absolutely gorgeous!
Thanks for looking!
