This softbound book's cover shows moderate wear and fading to margins. Sticker residue to upper corner of front cover and 2 of the maps have a small, closed tear where they attach to inside of back cover but overall good+ condition. It was published as "Safe Harbor Report No. 2". 

It contains photographic plates, charts and 3 fold-out maps and measures 6" x 9". The photos show the actual item for sale and are not stock photos. If you need additional photos just ask.
