This is a pair of 3D printed canister adapters for a 35mm film. (35mm film & camera not included!)
It's used for using 35 mm film canister in a 120 medium format camera.

You'll receive a pair of 120 film adapter for use with 35mm film. Just add these adapters in either side of the 35mm film and you can turn and old camera to use cheaper film!
