usb c hub docking station dual hdmi 4k@60hz

Double Your Screen, Double Your Efficiency

  • Mirror mode: Copy the screen of a screen to a larger screen, in order to display a more high-definition screen.
  • Extended mode: More efficient split-screen operation can be done at work, saving a lot of time for your work.
  • Note: Multi-Stream Transport (MST) is not supported on Mac laptops. Monitors connected via HDMI will mirror displays, showing the same image.

Quick Troubleshooting Guide

1. Port Compatibility Check

To unlock the full functionality of your hub, please ensure your laptop’s USB-C port is a fully functional USB-C port or a Thunderbolt 3/4/5 port. Incompatible ports (e.g., data-only or charge-only) will limit the hub’s performance.

2. Dual HDMI Display Issues

Protocol Requirement: Your Windows PC must support DisplayPort 1.4 (DP 1.4) or HDMI 2.0.

Certified Cables: Use only HDMI 2.0 or DP 1.4 certified cables. Uncertified/low-quality cables may restrict resolution to 4K@30Hz. System Settings: Verify your display settings to confirm the refresh rate is set to 60Hz.

Note for macOS Users: Due to system limitations, both external monitors will mirror the same display.

3. USB-C Data Port Limitation

The 5Gbps USB-C data port does not support video output or PD charging; it is designed for data transmission only.

4. Power Supply Recommendations

A wall charger and charging cable are not included with your purchase. For 100W PD fast charging, use a charger with a minimum output of 65W (your laptop’s original 65W+ charger is strongly recommended).
