TIP: After stuffing with your ground meat, store the bags in your freezer in an upright position. If the bag is laid on it's side, liquid may seep out to make a mess. After the freezer bag is frozen solid you can lay it on it's side to make more room in your freezer.

Later when you want to make breakfast patties or ground beef patties, simply semi-thaw and while still partially frozen slice through the bag creating a perfect round patty the thickness you desire.
