An ornate, colorful vintage textile wall hanging (chakla) with mirror insets which appears to be hand-embroidered and from the Kutch region of Gujarat, India.  A label on the back reads, "Natraj / Made in India / 100% Cotton / Dry Clean Gently / Size - 15 x 14."

This textile measures about 14.5" x 15.25" and weighs about 4.5 oz.
