Dust Jacket is in poor condition and I can send the book without it if wanted.   Outside cover of encyclopedia  has some staining and general flaws. There is a stain along where the spine and front cover come together.  97% or so of the  inside pages are in very good condition.   The first 60-70 pages ( about halfway through the "A" section ) have some waves from most likely moisture at some time.  The waves are very light and none of the pages are sticking together so its just a small cosmetic flaw that you can only see when its open to those pages.  I took as many pictures as possible to help show  its exact condition.   Please see all pictures and message for details
