This is a versatile vintage silver-plated piece from Dansk Forsølvnings Anstalt, Denmark, dating to the mid-20th century. Designed in a classic trumpet shape, it functions beautifully as both a single candlestick (for thin taper candles) and a bud vase for small flowers. The front is hand-engraved with the monogram "DJS", and the base bears the maker's mark "DANSK M FORSØLVNINGS ANSTALT". It shows natural tarnish and minor wear to the silver plating, with a small chip to the rim, consistent with age and use.
