Keihin VB carburetors are one of our specialty carbs. The most important part of carburetor rebuilds is making the carb as close to new as possible. This includes, not only making the carbs look great, but most importantly WORKING like new. Every part of your carburetor will have no less than 3 different inspection levels. This makes it near impossible to miss things that are commonly overlooked on these popular '80's carbs. First the carbs are identified to be correct for the make, year, and model that are to be mounted on. Correct jet sizes, correct emulsion tubes, correct jet needles and needle jets, missing parts and much more are determined. It does not matter how clean a carb is or how it looks if incorrect parts were installed at one time, details matter. You will be getting a rebuild from a person who loves working on your carburetor and will build it with that love! Also, a person with over 40 years in the motorcycle industry specializing in late 60's to late 90's street motorcycles. Rebuilds are typically finished and ready to be shipped back to you in less than 2 weeks of arriving. Paperwork will be included with all rebuilds. Paperwork will state all settings and jet sizes for the carbs, a itemized list of parts replaced, and pictures of all parts laid-out for assembly and inside shots of the carbs. Below you will see the before and after pics of a typical rebuild. Carbs for these models can also be set for pod filters and various exhaust systems at no additional charge. I am happy to have a conversation with you regarding your carbs if you have ANY questions or concerns. Upon purchase you will be contacted and supplied with shipping instructions and voice and text numbers or you can supply a number and I will contact you. All parts used in the rebuilds are cherry picked for both quality and accuracy. All rubber parts are made to work with modern fuels that contain ethanol additives. Absolutely NO media blasting, no acid used EVER! All new hardware is JIS and high quality. The price given includes parts and labor. In the rare case your carbs are not rebuildable you will be refunded the total amount, with the exception of return shipping. If the price exceeds the price paid you will be contacted and if you feel it is more than you think it is worth, you can back out with no service charge for the inspection and disassembly done to that point. You will typically know if this is the case within 48 hours of the carbs arriving.

Each of the rebuilt carb sets we sell are completely done in house by the same person. 40+ years experience specific to Japanese street bikes and 16 years specializing in carburetor rebuilds. EVERY part of the carbs is scrutinized and if not in excellent or better condition, replaced with factory or better replacement part. We only use OEM or better O-rings and sealing parts. Most made with rubber to withstand new fuels containing alcohol content. Carbs will come with factory jet sizes and parts. They are bench-synced, but in rare cases, may need to be synchronized after mounted on the motorcycle by an experienced mechanic. Air screw settings, float heights, etc. are all set to factory specs.
