Built as the 25th Anniversary giveaway car for the 2007 Shades of the Past event, this '32 Ford Roadster is a clean, well-executed build by Bobby Alloway at Alloway's Hot Rod Shop. It features a glossy silver Rat's Glass fiberglass body with a Rootlieb hood, Duval-style windshield, and an electric trunk lid. A Painless wiring harness keeps everything tidy behind the scenes. Under the hood is a Vortec 350ci V8 with an Edelbrock 4-barrel carb, Sanderson headers, MSD ignition, Walker radiator, and polished components throughout. Power runs through a TCI TH350 automatic to a quick-change rear with limited-slip and 3.23 gears. Aldan coilovers and independent rear suspension deliver a smooth ride, while disc brakes handle stopping duties. It rides on 17" front and 20" rear Boyd Coddington wheels wrapped in BF Goodrich G-Force tires. Inside, the red leather interior-done by Steve Holcomb-features Alloway gauges, a LeCarra wheel, and a Lokar shifter. Simple, clean, and well-built, this Roadster blends traditional style with quality craftsmanship throughout.
